CONSULTATIONS
Sibella hair extensions offer free in-store consultations, where we can colour match and find the most suitable method for you. Don’t have time? We also do over the phone consultation just text or email a recent photo of your hair in natural lighting. (Meaning outside, or near a window)
HOW LONG DOES THE HAIR LAST?
Sibella hair extensions use only the finest, ethically sourced, 100% Remy Hair with the cuticle preserved and flowing In one direction. All are Human Hair and DOUBLE drawn, meaning they are thick from root to ends.
Our hair can be worn up to one year As long as proper home care procedures are followed and they are maintained regularly
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I RE-TIGHTEN?
For micro-beads & nanos- anywhere between 5 to 8 weeks max.
For tapes- anywhere between 4 to 8 weeks.
WHAT LENGTHS ARE AVAILABLE?
Our hair ranges are available in 20”, 22”, 24”, 26” and for our extra gals Sibella hair extensions can import up to 36” hair!!
BOOKING POLICY
A deposit is required to confirm your appointment of $100
Non-refundable deposit is required for all hair extensions including installation, retightening & re-taping to hold your appointment. The deposit will be applied to your balance due at your appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation fee-$100
We understand that unplanned circumstances can occur, we ask for at least 48 hours notice, if you will need to cancel. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment less then 48 hours your deposit is non-refundable and a new deposit will be required for any future bookings.
